Drawing
Outline and Mounting Dimensions
The drawing is used to confirm the product outline, mounting hole position, actuator head direction, roller lever clearance, conduit position, and installation space of the WLCA12-2-Q. Before installation, confirm that the moving mechanical part can contact the roller smoothly within the allowable operating angle.
The actuator should not be used as a direct mechanical stopper. Excessive impact, misalignment, or insufficient overtravel allowance may affect contact stability and mechanical life.

Contact Form

WLCA12-2-Q uses a double-circuit contact structure with normally open and normally closed contacts. The normally open contact uses terminals 3–4 and closes when the actuator is operated. The normally closed contact uses terminals 1–2 and opens when the actuator is operated.
Wiring logic should be selected according to the control circuit. Safety-related circuits often use NC logic, but the final selection should follow the electrical design of the equipment.

Selection Guide
Actuator and Motion Direction
WLCA12-2-Q uses a roller lever actuator. It is suitable for applications where a cam, rail, plate, or mechanical component contacts the roller from the correct direction. The lever angle and reset space must be reserved during installation.
Electrical Load and Contact Rating
Confirm the circuit voltage, current, load type, and NO/NC contact logic before selection. Motor, lamp, and inductive loads can generate high inrush current, so the rated load table should be checked according to the actual circuit condition.
Stroke, Overtravel and Reset
The actuator should be operated within the allowable movement range. The moving part must contact the roller smoothly and provide enough overtravel without using the switch as a mechanical stop. After actuation, the lever must reset reliably.
Installation Environment
WLCA12-2-Q has IP66 protection and is suitable for dusty, oily, and wet industrial environments when properly installed. The conduit entry, terminal cover, and sealing area should be checked to maintain protection performance.
Replacement Check
Before replacing an existing limit switch with WLCA12-2-Q, compare the actuator type, body size, mounting hole position, terminal arrangement, conduit direction, rated load, and operating characteristics.
